AI Deployment Partner, a DBA of Framework LLC ("we," "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
AI Deployment Partner provides business growth, AI automation, AI systems, search visibility, website, and related implementation services. Privacy questions can be sent through our contact page.
Information we collect
When you submit a contact or AI opportunity form, we collect the details you provide, such as name, business name, phone, email, website, industry or category, operating territory, approximate team or growth information, customer or transaction value where provided, the business challenge you describe, and information about software or systems you choose to share.
Our hosting and content-delivery providers may also collect standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages requested, to operate and secure the site.
How we use information
We use form submissions to review your inquiry, understand the business opportunity you described, respond to you, schedule follow-up where appropriate, and maintain ordinary business records. We use technical logs to keep the website running and protect it from abuse. We do not sell the information you submit through inquiry forms. With your permission, optional ad measurement technologies may receive website visit and event data as described below.
Information about business systems
The public inquiry form is intended for high-level discovery. Do not submit passwords, API keys, sensitive customer records, payment information, medical information, or other confidential credentials through the public website form. If a project later requires system access or business data, the appropriate access method, scope, and handling requirements should be established separately for that engagement.
Service providers
We use providers to host and secure the site, deliver pages, process inquiries, and communicate with you. With your optional permission, Meta Pixel may also send Meta information about page visits and certain website events for campaign measurement. This can include browser or device information and visited pages. Advertising data sharing may be treated as sharing under California privacy law. Some scheduling tools and other services you choose to use may have their own privacy practices.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and browser storage to help operate and secure the site and remember your privacy choice. If you choose Allow optional tracking, Meta Pixel may load and use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits and campaign activity. Optional tracking stays disabled until you allow it, and it remains off when a supported Global Privacy Control browser opt-out signal is enabled. Earlier choices recorded under the prior cookie notice do not authorize optional advertising tracking.
You can decline optional tracking or reopen your preferences at any time through .
Retention
We keep inquiry information as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to the request, maintain business records, and meet legal or operational requirements, then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information submitted through this website. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Children
This website is intended for business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
California privacy rights
Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete their personal information and to opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. To stop optional Meta tracking on this website, choose Necessary only under Privacy choices. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, optional tracking stays off. To submit a privacy rights request about information we hold, use our contact page and identify the request as a privacy request. Turning off optional tracking does not automatically erase data previously sent to an external provider.
